The Z-Island kitchen, a groundbreaking design by Zaha Hadid for DuPont™, is a milestone in kitchen innovation. It embodies the vision of a harmonious union of living and working space. With two independent kitchen islands made of the elegant solid surface material Corian®, Z-Island combines aesthetic design with high-tech functions.

An elongated, flowing line offers all the essential cooking functions in a high-tech design - including an induction hob and an integrated LCD screen. Corian® impresses with its outstanding look, feel and ease of care and offers endless design possibilities thanks to its thermal formability, translucency and robustness.

Design

 

In a fascinating fusion of art and technology, two islands rise up from the Z-Island kitchen - one as a sensually flowing line full of high-tech cooking functions, the other as a robust rondel offering generous storage space. Both shine in elegant Glacier White and are a shining example of the use of solid surface materials.
