Volker Schwab's architecture firm ARCH 01, known for building solutions at the highest level, dedicated itself to creating a private refuge of tranquillity. The aim of the project was to design a bespoke bathroom that takes on the character of a luxurious spa and invites you to linger and relax. In order to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the results had to meet the highest standards in terms of precision, materiality and contemporary architecture, which also took social, economic and ecological sustainability aspects into account.

Design

The design of the bathroom focused on indulging all the senses - from the soothing bathtub to the refreshing shower with spotlights. This required an uncompromising level of detail and innovative solutions that go beyond standard results. The architects opted for tailor-made elements and a material aesthetic that combines luxury and durability. The seamless and precise processing of solid surface materials, for which Hasenkopf is known as a supplier, played a key role here in realizing the vision of a flawless, tranquil oasis.

Implementation

The realization of the project required excellent communication and a strong network of all those involved. As a specialist, Hasenkopf was responsible for the production of the individual washbasin and bath elements, whereby the highest precision had to be guaranteed in every detail. Thanks to the careful examination of the specifications and the intensive dialog between the architect, client and contractors, the complex, tailor-made solutions were successfully implemented. The result is an individual bathroom that perfectly meets the requirements for the highest quality and innovative design.
