Your Path to a Custom Solid Surface Front

Definition of the front type

Fronts are individually manufactured to measure. Thickness, construction, and geometry can be precisely adapted to the furniture concept.
Thanks to the high dimensional stability of solid surface material, large-format solutions are also possible.

Finishes and edge profiles

The design of finishes and edges defines both the visual impact and functional performance of the surface.
All variants are custom-made and can be combined with a wide range of edge profiles to suit the specific design requirements.

Bevelled edge finish

The bevel is manufactured according to the customer’s specifications. All edge designs and finishes are possible.

Rounded edge with radius

The rounding is manufactured according to the customer's specifications. Standard with normal edge. Surge edge, full round or angled edge according to customer requirements.

Curved Edge (Arc radius)

The curved edge is manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.
Standard version with square edge. Splashback edge, fully rounded edge, or angled edge available on request.

Wall finishes

Choose from various upstand options – flush-mounted, with coved fillet, or as a full niche back panel.
All edges are individually manufactured to measure and seamlessly bonded.

Upstand butt-jointed

Butt-jointed and securely bonded. 12 mm thick, standard height up to 50 mm; special heights available on request. The upper edge is finished with a radius or chamfer, according to customer specifications.

6 mm upstand with cove

Coved design with a 5 mm internal radius, securely bonded and 6 mm thick. Standard height up to 50 mm. The upper edge is finished with a radius or chamfer, according to customer specifications.

12 mm upstand with cove

Coved design with a 5 mm or 9 mm internal radius, securely bonded and 12 mm thick.
Standard height up to 50 mm. The upper edge is finished with a radius or chamfer, according to customer specifications

Niche back panel upstand

Horizontal or vertical tongue-and-groove joint, supplied loose for on-site bonding.
Optionally with V-groove on request. Seamless execution up to 3648 mm × 750 mm (oversized formats possible). If visible, the upper edge can be finished individually according to customer requirements.

Edge finishes

The edges determine the character and function of the countertop.
All variants can be freely selected and combined with different edge shapes.
